15A - Figuring Out Buyer Behavior.

Report findings and Draw Conclusions:

From these interviews I was able to draw valuable conclusions for this business, and I was also able to understand more of my customers’ needs and opinions.

In the first interview, Amber, a veterinary student in his second year really found the idea useful and thinks that she could be a customer. However, Amber is vegetarian and suggested a vegetarian meal. She also said that I should consider gluten free options in order to serve most customers. Amber thinks quality is more important than price.

In the second interview my Tyler, a veteran who loves to eat healthy, loved the idea, and said that he could be a customer if there was an organic option. Tyler said that when it comes to eating he values quality over price and would not mind paying extra for the organic option.

In the third interview, Ann, said that she thinks that she would not pay more than $7 per meal which is under than what the price would be. She thinks that if she would pay more than $7 she would rather eat in any restaurant.

Overall, I believe this was the most productive interview because it opened my mind to other things and ways. I know that I must expand my options to fulfills customers’ needs, such as organic, gluten free, and vegetarian options. I also know that the majority of my customers values quality over price and are okay with the price suggested.

  1. Valtenius,

It sounds like you got a lot of good feedback from your interviews. These interviews are a great way to add perspective that you do not have, in order to accommodate your business to please your market in the most ways as possible. My advice would be to not overextend yourself however, it is good to have many options but at the same time you have to be focused on your fundamentals.
