Five ways in which I think I have Human Capital:
Resilience- I am aware that we all are going to fail sometimes, but what makes a successful entrepreneur is to fall and get back up.
Passion- I am passionate about the things I put my mind into. I have whys and that is why I work harder than most people around me.
Communication - One of my strong suites in business is how I am able to express my feelings in a way I show trust and professionalism.
Fearlessness – I am not afraid to take risks and make mistakes. That ability usually gives me a head start compared to others because it makes me learn faster.
Discipline- I think that you can have skills and abilities, but without discipline people hardly succeed. I am thankful that I had people around me who thought me that fairly early and I try to implement in my life.
Interviews:
I had some problems with the audio, but I will upload them soon.
Reflection:
I am a positive and optimistic person, and I am glad that everyone I interviewed felt the same way. I think I am able to clearly communicate who I am to the people around me.

Valtenius,
ReplyDeleteI think describing yourself is one of the hardest things to do, hopefully you got some good feedback from your interviews. The only advice I would give is to make sure that you can relate your skills to your business plan and entrepreneurial mindset.
