Feedback Memo:
- I included my strengths – I showed people why they should trust me and what I can do for them.
- I changed who I am offering it to so I could understand my target.
- I changed why they care to include the sororities. I made it simpler why people care.
- I spoke less of the product and more of the service hoping to get more engagement.
- I added something to my core competencies based on my feedback. People wanted to know relevant information about me on how I can help them.
From the comments I got from the first Napkin idea assignment I was able to understand that I needed to focus on one specific group. Be clear to understand what my 20% are. I also felt that I could change the style of the paper to be more efficient and professional. I believe this is a much better version of the first one.

Hi Valtenius,
ReplyDeleteJust two thoughts as I read your updated idea napkin.
When it comes to marketing to your target customer, it may be worth starting to think about how you can isolate and differentiate those who want to try your product, and those who want to continue to eat fast food. Said another way, if your target customer is part of a larger population that shares similar behavior (i.e. fast food eaters), how do you start to “speak” to only the ones that really do want to change their behavior?
Also, not that it probably matters assuming your product is truly fictitious, but are you worried that UF will have a problem with you for using “Gator” in your company/product title?
