1. She is a professional qualified by one of the best Universities in the nation. She is highly entrusted to execute her part, and she also associates with the idea of helping people living better.

Market Expert:

1. Who they are, what their background is:
1. Emily is a student at SFC who has vast influence in Gainesville.

2. How this person is a “market expert”:
1. Emily is an expert in social medias and online publicity. With her personal influence and growth knowledge she will add a lot of value.

1. A personal friend of mine from Gainesville

4. Nature of Exchange: Emily is interested in growing as a professional and as a human being, she is willing to seriously take this opportunity in exchange for experience and future growth with the company.

1. Djalma, he is a successful entrepreneur and Investor.
2. How this person is a “industry supplier”:
1. He has powerful influence and knows the ins and outs of a business. He will be able to find us the best supplier for everything from utensils to quality food.

1. I have worked for Djalma before as an intern.

4. Nature of Exchange: Djalma is a capital Investor and own 10% of the equity.

5. How will including them enhance my ability to exploit an opportunity:
1. Experience and knowledge is the most important asset he can add to the company, however, capital is also an important aspect of building a business.

Finally: Reflect. This experience requires dedication and negotiations. Emily was the easiest one to get on board. She is looking for experience and we had to offer. Dani, wasn't hard either, she has same believes and ideal, the only obstacle was the time, but we were able to allocate it efficiently. Djalma on the other hand, is an investor, he loved the idea, but of course had to look out for his interest. So it took many emails and meetings to get him on board.

• Targeted marketing is essential and I came to realize that it is also fun. We get to talk about what we love and meet different people. We must go to work places, and workshops to educate people into our idea. This experience was pleasant and I feel that I was able to build a strong team.
