Elevator Pitch #3

I did not receive any feedback on the last video; however, I figure I should be a little more dynamic, so I recorded on a selfie position and I hope it came out better.

  1. Hi Valtenius,
I would recommend that you do not introduce yourself at the beginning of the pitch. Instead, start with a “hook” to catch the listener’s interest. I think you tried to do so with the question you posed about what plans people have for 2019. But that question was very vague and would not lead them to think about eating better, and require you to tell them instead. You also jumped right into the solution, but you didn’t first define the problem. I would also recommend you put “the ask” at the end. If you are making a pitch, perhaps to an investor or a potential partner, you will want to ask them for something. Also, it looks like you may have been holding your phone in one hand which would prevent you from fully using your body language and hands to express yourself.
I’d recommend that you review Dr. Pryor’s lecture on the Elevator Pitch for some good tips.
